PIROUETTING IN PRINCE CHRISTIAN SOUND

Alright already world, stop being so breathtaking!  Just kidding.  DON’T.

Rob and I are super fortunate to have been able to repeat the fantastic experience of sailing through the southern tip of Greenland (via Prince Christian Sound), passing islands, icebergs, and glaciers along the way.  We even pass a small settlement of locals called Aappilattoq (more on that later).

Our friends on the navigation team managed to successfully spin the ship around 360 degrees at various points along the route for full views of this untouched wonderland.  We got up early before work to catch some morning glimpses of the scenery.  As you can see, it’s hard to stop clicking!  We totally lucked out with the water- last time it was hard to see through the mist and fog.  Yay for getting to try again 🙂
