A few days ago I went to a tea factory in Sri Lanka, about 90 minutes outside of Colombo, to get an up close and personal look at what it takes to make the delicious beverage.  As the world’s fourth largest producer, bringing in more than $700 million, Sri Lanka is serious about its tea.
